This is really your basic standard fruit knife. It's not quite the short blade paring knife, which does a decent job of citrus, but I find this size best for lemons and oranges, without being this giant blade laying around your bar.
Stainless steel is an easy clean too. High carbon steel does actually hold an edge better, but this is less hassle.
