This is my preferred style of citrus reamer, juicer, whatever you want to call it. I actually tend to go for the wooden ones more often, since they're more inexpensive, but it's hard to argue with the advantages of stainless steel here. Weighty, cleanable, effective, and most importantly, they get the job done.
